Abstract
This paper investigates the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the mathematical modeling of grain mixture cleaning processes in cylindrical vibro-separators. The study develops an AI-enhanced mathematical model that simulates the separation of grain components based on physical parameters such as particle size, density, and vibration frequency. The model is validated against experimental data and demonstrates improved accuracy in predicting separation efficiency compared to classical mathematical approaches. The findings contribute to the optimization of grain processing technology and offer a foundation for the development of intelligent control systems for agricultural machinery.
