Abstract
This paper describes the development of a methodological guide for studying the portable radio station model Retevis RT29 within the framework of telecommunications education. The guide provides structured learning materials covering the technical characteristics, operational principles, and practical applications of the device. Laboratory exercises and assessment tasks designed to reinforce theoretical knowledge through hands-on experience are included. The methodological guide aims to enhance students' professional competencies in the field of mobile communications and radio technology, and has been successfully integrated into the curriculum of the relevant department.
