Abstract

This paper presents the design of intelligent grain drying units incorporating Internet of Things technologies, digital twin modeling, and intelligent control systems. The proposed system enables real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, and grain moisture levels through IoT sensors, while a digital twin model simulates drying processes to optimize operational parameters. An intelligent control algorithm automatically adjusts drying conditions to minimize energy consumption and prevent grain quality degradation. The results demonstrate that the integrated system significantly improves drying efficiency and product quality compared to conventional grain drying methods.

Ushbu maqolada Internet of Things texnologiyalari, raqamli egizak modellashtirish va intellektual boshqaruv tizimlarini o'z ichiga olgan intellektual don quritish qurilmalarining loyihasi taqdim etiladi. Taklif etilgan tizim IoT sensorlari orqali harorat, namlik va don namligi darajasini real vaqtda kuzatish imkonini beradi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, integratsiyalashgan tizim an'anaviy don quritish usullariga nisbatan quritish samaradorligi va mahsulot sifatini sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi.
